Is it Really SO Strange?

I have to get my driver's liscence renewed today but to be honest I kind of hate to leave my apartment. The world seems full of awful people who are out to get me. I hate the way people drive and I hate driving in geneeral. I hate doing things like going to teh DMV because I am so bad at taking care of business. I prefer to put things off until I have no choice. Also I don't want to go to the temp agency. In short, I wish to remain in a shell.

I agree with everything you just said. Before I went to the temp agency, I had convinced myself that sitting around and pretending to look forjobs was driving me crazy. Now I look back on those days as the last time I was truly happy. I also hate to drive and cannot understand why people never realize just how ridiculous the whole idea of being safe while driving is. I mean your literally going 80 mph in an f'ing metal box. That's crazy man.

It's not strange, I do it a lot. I'm usually sorry afterward, tho.

Its good to know someone else thinks jobs are worthless. I guess its a symptom of living in a society where you do a pointless service and you get money to sustain your life, insteads of like the older civilisations where people sort of did most things for their own personal need. Like, you make a basket becasue you need it, you dont buy it. Sigh. All I really want to do is be a musician but recorded music has destroyed the need for them.

Dude, I think everyone wants to hide away from the world from time to time. It's cool but don't become one of those guys who collects piles of newspapers and puts them in neat bundles, that's a bad sign.

If you want to start a militia, I'm there man.

sometimes I dont want to go out, because I cant stand taxi drivers. I hate telling them where I want to go, and then making talk about the weather and hearing them talk about rugby and calling students bad names. I also get tired of making eftpos transactions and talking to old strangers.

Arr its fuckin ridiculous. I mnea what's th epoint of living when its so unfulfilling. There must be some way I can qualify to just have my rent be paid by the government. If only I lived in th esoviet union.

we have to destroy recorded music, or similar. one idea is that if mp3s or something like that destroy the recording industry, people will record less because it won't be worthwhile. what else ...? I think money is the root of all this evil.

I hate that "Staying in is the new going out" trailer on the beeb at the moment. I've been staying in for years, and now all these wannabee hermits come along and try and spoil the scene for REAL recluses, they're just poseurs I bet they actually like going out they just think it's fashionable blah blah

destroying recorded music would kill me though. (i mean, no one comes to PLAY here.)
