What the hell is that thing with the burning bible!? Its... weird.

Trayce (trayce), Wednesday, 1 October 2003 01:12 (twenty-two years ago)

WTF?

*"Professor Gorf" needs to be giganticized!
*I'm with Trayce here; that bible-burning one is very odd. I want to laugh but amn't sure it's appropriate.
*Oh my god are those like aenenome marinaras, but they're still alive! WTF?
*That Visa advert is most unsettling. I imagine it's from something like Adbusters or something, one of those unsettling-to-prove-a-point, but out of context it's spooky.

WHY did I skip this? Bloody eyesight. I think I cracked my face, smiling;>

Hilarious, though the Visa ad should replace Uncle Sam and "I want You" as the new American uber-statement.

The bible burning thing, I think, since it's sponsored by Neb. Christian College, is an alarmist fundie ad meant to scare Christians into believing they're a persecuted bunch and must attend these meetings to combat the heathens.
