We have just gone through customs and are now allowed to live here in America. Our dog is pregnant and in our home country we have a tradition of circumsizing the newborn puppies. Is this legal here? Also, do you think its moral, immoral, or doesn't matter?
Dear Circumcize Puppies, Have never heard of that and can't imagine why one would do that. If you can find a veterinarian that will do this, go for it, but this is something very new to me. Sandy

american doctors make a lot of money with all the foreskins they cut. quite a racket they have. i don't remember the exact amount per foreskin, but over a career, they can make enough from just the foreskin lopoff work to send their kid to college. bastards.
