Tom was actually talking about the Sex Pistols, if I recall correctly. I don't even want to talk about Le Divorce, it's just not worth the time, so dreary, there was actually one good scene, a montage of French women and their different scarf styles, but everything else was just laughable, me and my movie companion giggled loudly in all the "wrong" places. Merchant-Ivory should had written a New Yorker "Talk of the Town" thing about the scarves and not bothered with doing the movie.

There are scarves everywhere in Chicago, too, but that because people's necks are cold. It's not a fashion thing, believe me.
