How healthy is that item?

There actually is a twisted logic to it. The items can be divided into categories:
1. Nibbly things (chips, proscuitto, wafer cookies)
2. Real food to be combined with other things (cheese, potstickers, salad)
3. Survival food (Lo-Carb bars, which I buy by the truckload to eat when I don't have time for a meal)
4. Wine (for when I cook an actual meal)
