Sweetie! Calm thyself! Take a deep breath. Take a moment. If possible, put on your favourite album and try to just be engaged by that.

You know that thread we had a few days ago about "how do you handle being dumped"? Read some of the advice on that. When you're going through a breakup, both sides hurt. Things are shitty, but this will pass.
