IRL, Chief Moose would use his famed choke hold. Also, he could call for backup. Forest's posse would just shriek and argue and covertly swallow little baggies or toss them over the hedge.

However, if the two fought in a film, Forest Whitaker's agent would whup Moose's agent silly, so that Forest's contract would stipulate that he put his big foot on Moose's neck and declaim victory in laconic but memorable terms, while looking soulful.
