I've just eaten an entire sheet of raw puffed pastry - it was yummy, but i don't know how my tummy will feel when it starts to expand...what's the most conventional food stuff that you have eaten in a non-conventional form to stave off strange pangs or other assorted sensations?

As detailed elsewhere on the beeotch, I once ate an entire packet of undiluted Rowntrees jelly. The after effects were not entirely positive.

When I was about 5, I was out food shopping with my mum. On the way home, I took a red pepper and bit a giant chunk out of it. I think I was trying to prove that I did eat vegetables.

I also tried a dog biscuit once, they are bloody hard!

Once I ate a spoonful of minced *salmon* catfood to show my sister that it was safe to eat.

At least I hope it was *salmon* parts...

I once ate a bowl of frozen corn kernels. Surprisingly satisfying considering what I really wanted was strawberry ice cream.

Frozen peas are nice - a sort of healthy version of Solero shots.

Frozen chips (v.v.v. chewy, suck till they go soft), raw pasta, and Shreddies straight from the packet.

An Oxo cube. Can't for the life of me think why I did it.

Eating raw jelly was normal in my house. Mum had to hide the packets because she'd go to the cupboard and find they had mysteriously disappeared (the only clue to their whereabouts being the sticky prints on the kitchen door).
