Do you say sheetrock or drywall? Have you ever even heard of drywall? Why do you think you say one or the other?

drywall seems much more accurate to me. There is obviously no sheets or rocks in it.

Sheetrock is a brand, drywall is the term usually used in the construction industry. If you want to be really hardcore you can call it GWB (gypsum wall board) or just gyp.
