What does this mean? Doesn't it throw every single bit of colonised land in the world into doubt re ownership/compensation? Is that good?

nunavat was carved from the north west terrotories as the largest land claim in the world, and similar things happened in BC with a nation i cannot remember.

however the lubicon in alberta, who are sitting on more money then god, thanks to oil and timber, cannot have any of it due to complicated treaty negotions/the white man fucking them over.

this is amazing, and proves that SA is advancing farther then most (cf truth and reconcillation comittees, the constitution, aids drugs being given out regardless of patents)
