It looks like we'll be seeing quite a lot of each other next week then. Sussed is a distinct possibility, New Order and LIUSA definites. Then there's French Kicks at ver Fruit on Saturday to follow. Given that I might go and see Peaches at Trash on Monday, it's looking like a rather club/gig filled week.

The syntax of my sentence does sound very, erm, intriguing. Just to be clear: Sara is a real living breathing Welsh person (previously mentioned in the pockets thread), who may or may not come to Club Sussed, and whom my relationship with can be affectionately described as "mail-order bride". My androgyny is an unrelated, purely metaphysical concept, and will be no more apparent than usual, Ned. You old queen. Dear.

Oh, they SAY you should be dressed up and spin the whole style shtick, but it's a load of arse. I've never been turned away and I'm FAMED for my THRIFT STORE INDIE look (bastard). Turned up once after getting off a train from Preston at Euston, immediately going out drinking and not a problem being let in. This was about... midnight possibly? It was fun. Last time we went there we had a really fun time - but we'd also drunk a box of wine before we went in so that could be a reason. If you wear all black, you won't face any problems. Trash however, will be full of art and fashion students.
