So, the 3000 Beers thread got me thinking... because it derailed in such a typically ILX sort of way into discussion of pubs, Mummified Jeremy Benthams and sex...

Is there an Archetypical ILX Thread?

You know, a thread incorporating London Bus Routes, pubs, Trucker Hats, Pirates on the River Fleet and then Momus pops in to call us all Nazis.

So what would *your* perfect and archetypical thread involve?

I'm thinking mine would involve a Freemason religious conspiracy, the Vikings invading Scotland, dirty dronerock boys, and a giant field harvesting spacerock. And lot of gratuitous pictures of Nigel Spivey (and other random crushees) attempting to explain it all!

For me the thread would have to start off with some random, perhaps Gareth-esque comment, that collapses into glorious anarchy and surreal chaos, resulting in several posts to the Laugh out Loud thread.
