Genre hopping??? Sounds like a fun listen though.

I'm actually thinking of doing a Sussed Hits mixtape, and will report back if I get to work on this, maybe tonight.

well, here is clares tape, which she enjoyed. and hannahs tape, which she never actually received.

Well, when I say genre hopping, perhaps I ought to have pointed out that my pal Dave has listened to virtually nothing but heavy metal for the past ten years I've known him. I haven't got a clue how he's likely to react. Actually I don't really care, because I got a real kick out of making that tape.

If I was being harsh I'd knock off a point a two for using artists twice (only allowed in exceptional circumstances) and for including the useless Ween.

Actually, the inclusion of Ween makes the tape superb. Whatchoo talkin' bout, Dr. C?

Thanks Nitsuh. In the liner notes I wrote to accompany the tape I described that particular segment as "going from the ridiculous to the sublime". I think it's an essential ingredient of any compilation to have one of those moments.
