Hrmmm, trolls, classic or dud?

Depends, doesn't it? I have known some legendary trolls who are actually very intelligent, very witty, and very entertaining, who basically use their powers of trolldom to make fun of sacred cows, dare people to re-examine beliefs that they hold dear, and make the internet a more lively place.

However, probably only about .001% of the trolls on the internet fall into that category. The rest of them *think* they are doing the above, when all they are doing is behaving like Beavis and Butthead. Sigh.

Sigh. Beavis & Butthead were cool in that sort of "gosh, aren't 12 year old boys fucking stupid?" sort of way. I don't know if they're so funny because I have *known* so many people like that, or if I no longer *have* to know people like that.

What is the quote about television... "television allows you to be entertained in your living room by people you would never *allow* in your living room..." or something like that.

The great thing about B&B on the TV as opposed to having them on your computer is that on the TV, they can't talk back. Hah!
