Exposé: new best thing ever, all my windows shrink and are easy to find.
Preview, whilst not blindingly fast is much much improved, the old version was a dog
New Finder: eject buttons for disks, images and network volumes
Copy and Paste between X11 and Aqua apps, now i can actually use Open Office
Its faster

sendmail is probably the usual permissions reset you need to do -- search on macosxhints. i'll check it tomorrow

Expose looks cool but it wasn't something I ever had a problem with, so the amount of attention it's getting seems... unwarranted. But maybe I'll love it, who knows? My bf certainly is happy about it.

I normally have about 30 windows open and it makes finding the one I want so easily.

Eject button, in the finder when you put a cd or whatnot in, in the shortcuts bit at the left hand side of the finder window there's a little eject symbol next to the disk name/icon/

panther is tepid. very lukewarm. not bad, but seriously not worth 1.5 gigs or $130.

for me with my old computer the fact that it is demonstrably faster. Better X11 integration is another plus.

no x11 = no need to pay or flout the microsoft tax. I know it worked in jagauar but being able to copy paste actually makes OO.org usable in everyday life.

I'm already taking advantage of Expose, and Preview is definately faster. If I want to open a folder with many images, the total amount of time is now a fraction of what it was. I like Finder windows better now too.
