Naked groupies, piles of cocaine, and fish.

miloauckerman (miloauckerman), Friday, 7 November 2003 03:40 (twenty-two years ago)

I've been to a few parties with rock stars. They were very quiet.

Melissa W (Melissa W), Friday, 7 November 2003 03:41 (twenty-two years ago)

Thom, Johnny et al != rock stars

L(E^24) (Leee), Friday, 7 November 2003 03:42 (twenty-two years ago)

They party like it's 1999.

They don't pay.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Friday, 7 November 2003 04:21 (twenty-two years ago)

And they always get a ride home...one way or the other.

You're assuming those are the only parties I have been to.

Melissa W (Melissa W), Friday, 7 November 2003 04:25 (twenty-two years ago)

I partied with Menswear (boring as hell) and South(nice guys). Look at me now.

@d@ml (nordicskilla), Friday, 7 November 2003 04:29 (twenty-two years ago)

The last time (actually this may not have been the last time, in fact it was several years ago now) that I partied with rock stars, it ended up in a shouting match about the monarchy, religion, Guy Fawlkes, the media, Greek art & aesthetics and who DRANK ALL THE FUCKING VODKA.

So, erm, partying with rock stars really isn't any different from partying with regular people, really. They just have better hair.

donut bitch (donut), Friday, 7 November 2003 16:20 (twenty-two years ago)

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Friday, 7 November 2003 16:23 (twenty-two years ago)

i think i hate new jersey. actually its pretty similiar to the worcester scene. thats why i stay home.

Chris Hungus (Chris V), Friday, 7 November 2003 16:41 (twenty-two years ago)

You mean guys in Worcester all tend to be really large scary men with dubious mob ties that frolick all night to handbag house music?

donut bitch (donut), Friday, 7 November 2003 18:16 (twenty-two years ago)

(various terms borrowed from strongo without permission, apologies applied)

donut bitch (donut), Friday, 7 November 2003 18:17 (twenty-two years ago)

Regular people party = they want to be there.
Rockstars party = they want to be anywhere else.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Friday, 7 November 2003 18:19 (twenty-two years ago)

so true.

teeny (teeny), Friday, 7 November 2003 18:21 (twenty-two years ago)

teeny (teeny), Friday, 7 November 2003 18:23 (twenty-two years ago)

ha ha the "rockstar"/MUSICIAN divide

wrong on the handbag music part.

kephm, Friday, 7 November 2003 18:27 (twenty-two years ago)

Yep. Going to a bar in Worcester(with the exception of a few) is awful. Every dude in there sticks his chest out and is constantly looking to fight, fuck your wife/gf, or think your trying to do the same. I hate it.

Chris Hungus (Chris V), Friday, 7 November 2003 18:33 (twenty-two years ago)

I did get really drunk with the Beatings on my front porch last year. are they rockstars yet?
