you have to used the warp whistle on world 3-2, then Neo drives up to deliver some special Matrix pizza.

after that, wait to the level were you have to impersonate one of the Chameleons UK. Neo is playing bass in the opening band that no one is paying attention.

Have you done the Y-Wing trick yet? You have to get to the point where the two dudes from Contra fly Y-wings into the monster's belly. Neo can be seen off to the side, with bleached hair, a trenchcoat, and smoking a Silk Cut. His accent will be oddly off, tho.

To get Neo, first you'll need to acquire the bridge then find the room that makes the screen flicker even when there is nothing in it. Use the bridge to get to the chamber in the middle of that room. Inside this room you will see a 'dot.' Take the dot back to the main room. Bringing the dot will make one of the walls dissappear. In the new room you will see the game's credits, and find Neo.
