I am embarassed to have a profile there. But on the other hand, I'm proud that I only have 9 friends there. I couldn't trust anyone who had more than 25.

I signed up and never did anything with it.

When I searched for an old friend by name, it came up with seven people, none with pictures. How was I supposed to tell which was right (if any) without seeing their profile?

That's the worst thing about Friendster. It's like, you can't look at anyone's information unless they're in your friend pool (and what a dirty place that is). If I'm trying to cruise some old high school buds, it's really tough to do so.

MCLV, a bit of advice on this forum - there is a decent search facility (link below) and you might find it worth using when you think of starting threads, as the question might have been answered or you might find an old thread interesting, and maybe worth reviving. I hope that doesn't sound annoyed or anything - I just think you can get more of what you're interested in that way. Not so many people will give you good responses here because it's been discussed a lot before.
