I have been on hold now for 25 mins, listening to Ding Dong Merrily on High, I'm becoming suicidal....Some poor wee telepohne operator type person on minimum wage is getting an earfull, if they ever answer the f*cking phone!

Parcelforce is the worst. It's this awful swushing noise and then they interrupt to tell you what smashing service they have and how they can guarantee a next-day delivery. Then you ask them about it and they have no idea what you're talking about.

Ha ha! I phoned the sales department and guess what? I got through straight away! They haff taken my details and will phone me back, I'm not holding my breath.....
