What you can do is get on the train and just run from restroom to restroom for the hour or two it takes to get here, it's a fail-safe plan reminiscent of perhaps a Chaplin film. The conductors will be befuddled but if they catch you they will probably be so charmed by your Dickensian scampery that they'll let you go on for free.

putting the records together I remembered tunes ILxors had talked about, so I got the idea it would be fun to play them for those people, present or absent. when they mainly turned out to be absent I realised dedications would still be fun for everyone else who knew 'em...
