Crazy winds in Seattle today; tons of branches down and lights out on my way in to work this morning. This afternoon I was on the freeway crossing the bridge over the lake when the wind started hurling rain and hail sideways at me in big gusts, very loud and unnerving. Got home and found a huge puddle on the floor of my room where the wind had driven the rain in through a tiny crack in my door. This is not normal Seattle weather at all.
