i'm not fully down with the pressurised materialistic exchange of items you had no real desire for unbeknownst to your hapless friends and relatives. that said, a full scale remote controlled one of these...

would be hugely appreciated and cherished

mookieproof (mookieproof), Friday, 14 November 2003 18:14 (twenty-one years ago)

The Homicide features according to amazon:

Seasons 1+2:
Commentary by director Barry Levinson and Tom Fontana on the pilot episode 'Gone for Goode'
All 13 episodes from the first two seasons on 4 discs
"Homicide: Life at the Start": an interview with Barry Levinson and Tom Fontana
"To Catch a Killer: Homicide Detectives" episode of A&E's American Justice
Super Bowl XXVII commercials for Season 1 premiere
Song listing
Full-screen format

Season 3:
Commentary by Barry Levinson and Henry Bromell on "The Gas Man"
"Homicide: Life in Season 3"--an interview with Barry Levinson, Tom Fontana, Henry Bromell, David Simon, and James Yoshimura, narrated by Daniel Baldwin
About "The Board"
Song listing
Full-screen format

The Reunion Movie:
The movie (that's it)

I was hoping that there would be a little more in sets than what is offered, because they are a bit pricey (Set 1 lists for $70, and # 2 lists for a C-Note, altough the movie is a serious bargain @ $15). Those $30 MASH sets are more my speed, fianacial wise.

Charles McCain (Charles McCain), Friday, 14 November 2003 18:22 (twenty-one years ago)

that's not too cool, about the prices. Because I do have the first six seasons on VHS from when it was on Bravo nightly in Canada. I didn't mind the last two years when it was airing for the first time, but watching it so closely after the first brilliant seasons really made the end of Homicide terrible.

Anyway, I want a Queer Eye Makeover for Christmas, my wardrobe has GOT TO GO!

So in a way: thumbs.

b) to get the promotion I'm in for
c) the love of a great woman

Bizarrely, none of these are beyond the bounds of possibility for me!

If I get this before Christmas, though, then all I might want are some blank music CD-Rs and data CD-RWs, possibly from Sam's Club or somewhere similar. Once I get *that*, then I'll be good to go for a rather long time. :)

Technically, money for airfare and a hotel room. I've never been anywhere north of the Mason-Dixon (except for a drive to and from Canada when I was tiny), I'd like to wander around Manhattan for a few days. Alternate choice: Montreal
