My favorite show of Andy Griffith was the one where Barney bought the box of condoms for Opie, and he distributed them at school....Mrs. Crump was really pissed about that! A funny show....

We never got the show in the UK. We got Kenneth Griffith though. Does that count?

The episode is on right now where Aunt Bea gets jury duty, and Jack Nicholson is on trial for stealing a television, and Aunt Bea thinks he seems too sweet to be guilty!

My seven year old and I have been watching these regularly, and I am continually amazed what an odd, funny character Howard McNear created in Floyd the Barber. Never realized before reading his wiki that he suffered a stroke during the third season, left for a year, and came back to the show partially paralyzed.

The only episode I remember from childhood (in the 80s, not the 60s; it was a rerun staple) is the one where Andy has like four spaghetti dinners in one night after accidentally quadruple-booking himself or something.

Reading upthread, though, I definitely wanna see the Nicholson one. And the condom one, if that wasn't just a joke.
