Do you ever have days where you are alone at work? Do you like them, are they weird? Do you do any work on these days?

there are 1500 employees here, i am never alone. except when i come in on saturdays...then its really quite spooky.

Yeah, they are great, every Monday for me now! I sometimes feel guilty for liking them, I probably did more work today than I do on days when other people are around, but I still spent alot of time listening to music. Though, doing weeks of working alone is the most soul destroying thing ever.

Yes, when I was working from home as a chatroom moderator. I *had* to do the work immediately, for obvious reasons, but it was great, 5 hour maximum shifts, I could do it naked, or even while still in bed, I was actively encouraged to IM and surf the interweb. I miss it kinda.

I've really only had one day like this, when everyone else went to a funeral for the boss's mom and I stayed behind to "man the office" and answer phones or whatever. It was great, I snuck around in the CEO's office. It's creepy in there.
