Boring question about web browsers for linux

Yeah its a dull question but I need to know, what's the best option for browing the net with Linux? Netscape and Konqueror are okay but they seem to have problems viewing certain pages and I can't seem to change anything in the settings to sort it.

My next move would be Opera, but are there any better ones ?

Have you tried mozilla firebird, I know it's netscape by another name, but it might work better for you.

here is some folx debating the merits of Mozilla/Firebird vs Opera vs Galleon vs Lynx

i tend to use galeon because it's a bit lighter on resources than mozilla and i don't need the mail part of it anyhow.

i like the way konqueror integrates better with the desktop (you can use it as a file browser, media player too. which is bloat by any other name but hey)

i use mozilla if i'm wasting my time writing dhtml doodahs because the others don't yet have the required tools (dominspector is very useful).

haven't used opera on linux.

Galeon! Even if the 1.3.x branch doesn't seem to have as many features as 1.2.x

Like andy said, if you're designing sites, the Mozilla DOM Inspector is vital.

tried opera linux real quick but it felt like a letdown after using opera7 in windows. but then i used to love 6. also i think they should give you licenses for linux version if you have bought them for windows.
