There are a lot of ilxors who have dealt/are dealing with this stuff; I don't say that to minimize your pain but to try to offer some sense of solidarity. I count my blessings that I've learned to manage the dark parts of my head. I feel very lucky that I can enjoy things. It's so stupid the way you can look back at your dark times and objectively analyze things but all your knowledge doesn't help you when you're feeling bad.

Anyway, lots of love and support to everyone who's going through bad times. Anthony, I enjoy your presence on this board, particularly what you have to say about religion, but you have an interesting perspective on a whole bunch of things. xoxoxoxoxo

i don't really know you anthony but i 'm glad your back and wanted to say it's a good thing that you checked in for treatment. a very close friend of mine did the same earlier this year. i was worried about her and when she didn't answer her phone for a couple of days i was really worried. i finally found out what hospital she was in and visited her for several hours in the hallway of the institution for a few days. she had her meds changed up and strengthed her resolve, enough so that she was out in one week. her therapist recommended more social contacts, if you are ever in the bay area let me/us ilxer's know we should FAP (that means meetup I think)
