Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:09 (twenty-two years ago)

who's the happy guy in the middle?

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:11 (twenty-two years ago)

Is he gonna pick up this animal and fling it head-first onto the pavement in front of horrified children, too?

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:12 (twenty-two years ago)

Beeyotch, don't pet the turkey.

Only if he bites the head off it first.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:13 (twenty-two years ago)

I got bit by a turkey once

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:13 (twenty-two years ago)

The turkey IS the most dignified looking creature in the photo.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:13 (twenty-two years ago)

It's definitely not the least civilized.

Andy K (Andy K), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:14 (twenty-two years ago)

Yes. There are two animals pictured that are so damn thick they'll drown in a thunderstorm by tilting head up and attempting to drink.

suzy (suzy), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:16 (twenty-two years ago)

and neither of them have feathers

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:16 (twenty-two years ago)

I bet the turkey's not the only one that would be tasty whence roasted either. < /meiwes>

nickalicious (nickalicious), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:19 (twenty-two years ago)

He's gonna haul the Fry Daddy out of the garage and deepfry that fuX0r.

andrew m. (andrewmorgan), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:28 (twenty-two years ago)

I think that guy in the middle is there to make sure that turkey's head gets nowhere near Dub's crotch this year.

Dan I. (Dan I.), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:30 (twenty-two years ago)

Lucky turkey. It has a beak and doesn't nest in its own poop.

Eric H. (Eric H.), Monday, 24 November 2003 20:41 (twenty-two years ago)

Dan, I'd managed to forget that bestial image. Cheers.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 24 November 2003 22:31 (twenty-two years ago)

oooh, the rage I am feeling is indescribable.

rainy (rainy), Tuesday, 25 November 2003 01:54 (twenty-two years ago)

So, I had this totally hilarious idea earlier: Bush pardons the turkey, and then suddenly it is unzipped from the inside and who steps out? John Muhammad! And he's been pardoned! All Bush can do is slap himself on the forehead and yell "D'oh!"

Octothorpe (Octothorpe), Tuesday, 25 November 2003 03:28 (twenty-two years ago)

trojan turkey

ken c, Tuesday, 25 November 2003 11:42 (twenty-two years ago)

That turkey is no sunshine and lollipops either. Word round the campfire's that Bush and an aide tagged that lil slut like a bus stop after the club. Shhhhhhhh!

Dancing Queen, Tuesday, 25 November 2003 11:49 (twenty-two years ago)

But looking at that middle aide smiling in the picture, it reminds me of being situations, usually involving work or family function, where you must give reactions to EVERYTHING a person does, and find the tiniest things funny about that person. Your face has to move so much, and people are watching. You can't snub Grandma or anything, but the experience always leaves you feeling a little gangraped.

Why have we not commented on this yet?

Haven't you seen the Bush Making Friends in Daddy's Bag thread?

Huckleberry Mann (Horace Mann), Thursday, 27 November 2003 20:13 (twenty-two years ago)

no
