So, yeah, the NME had one, and guess edgy style mags, Creative Cross Stitch and the Daily Mail have one too. This however will be the definitive list of coolness (define as whatever) for the year of 2003!

One stipulation, you must provide a reason for nominations.

What Sam said; Paris Hilton has literally done nothing besides buy drugs with her trustfunds and give a lot of blowjobs, which is fine but certainly several worlds away from Bam Margera. That's like saying there's no difference between Paris Hilton and, say, Ray Romano or something. "Well, he's just fucking around being 'funny', what's the difference?" It wasn't a funny joke when it comes down to it and I'm all about discouraging the faux witticism.

(Also Paris Hilton doesn't get paid for anything, except for probably that new reality show she's on. She doesn't even get paid to appear in her own pornography for fuck's sake)
