if you put people in the DOJ, on the FCC and in the courts who are willing to enforce antitrust laws, then sure.

Matthews always gets bad interviews because he asks yes or no questions instead of "why" or "how" questions. (He does go for anecdotal examples though, I'll give him that.) Dean may have answered in more detail though, it's hard to tell from the transcript.
