yes but he has a very peculiar schtick...

something maybe about suggesting and then sort of upending common modes of humor for black comedians.... how he is recruited to play these stereotypical black roles on SNL and elsewhere and then proves obviously inadequate in hilarious ways... although sometimes i think its just tracy doing riffs on the philistinism of the SNL writers.
