Completely untrue, considering I look at the price tag of pretty much everything I buy.

what i can't stand is shops (particularly clothes shops) that don't mark the price on their products.
this might even be a good thing because then you KNOW you can't afford.

But seriously, I wouldn't have even checked the price tag on the bed I have now. Thankfully, my roommate at the time did that for me - and it was only $150!?
