Prince is not someone who I find sexy personally, but if I were asked, "Is Prince sexy?", I would have to say yes. Prince seems to work very hard to project this sexy image that I find silly. I can't deny his sexiness, because it is so much a part of his image (though I could be wrong). I don't find him sexy, though. Therefore, he is comically oversexy.

Who else fits this description? I thought maybe Tori Amos, but she is kind of creepy in her oversexiness, not comical. Plus she has bred a legion of terrifying teen-aged girls who try and act like Tori to woo the menfolk. Ghastly!

This is an interesting question, really. I know the situation of admitting that someone who you don't find sexy *is* sexy, but I don't think that's the same thing as "comically oversexy", they're just sexy in a way that's not my type. "Comically oversexy" conjures either total lust (i.e. the boi/gurl is SO DAMN SEXY that it becomes funny, like Dexter's intelligence or whatever) or a maybe not conventionally sexy person using gigantic amounts of flamboyance to seem sexy (which might turn you on or not, but I don't think finding the person unsexy yourself is obligatory for this definition; I'd say Prince fits into this role pretty well). Unless we're just talking conventionally sexy ppl who bring their archetype to its uttermost extreme, which I guess would count for Pamela, but definitley not Prince!

Alas I fear that the mysterious ninjasquid is no longer a regular, and thus my queries will not spark any interesting discussion. Oh well.
