This, to me Aja, is a much clearer example of bad art. Note how banal and sentimental it is, and how it completely fails to capture any kind of dynamism, even though the subject of the painting is a dynamic one. Well, just look at it, let's not even analyse:

Here's one: the Sydney Cricket Ground by night. Note the sense of distance created by the fact that the painter sat a long, long way away. Dimly, we perceieve that something interesting may be happening a long, long way away.

See, i make this argument about everything all the time, but the things she's posting are swiped from pages that intend them to be illustrative, specif. the animated gifs and the pictures. Unless you intend to take some sort of outsider/folk art stance, which I don't think you can...
