Is This True?

I dunno - there's been a fair bit of talk on iPod battery life on ILM and here - do a search for ipod and battery.

Some people have said that they've got Apple to replace the battery, others have had no problems with a third party replacement kit. They aren't that hard to open, apparently. It does annoy me that they're designed not to be though, as everyone knows batteries don't last forever.

I'll find out in approximately 2 months.
