ILX 24

imagine the technology was developed so that we could all have chips in our brains that enabled us to post to ILX by thought alone, any time of the day or night, regardless of whether we were awake or asleep.

How would this affect our dealings with each other, how we got on, the kinds of questions we'd ask and the responses we'd give?

MarkH (MarkH), Saturday, 13 December 2003 15:10 (twenty-one years ago)

RJG (RJG), Saturday, 13 December 2003 15:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Leee Iacocca (Leee), Monday, 15 December 2003 02:01 (twenty-one years ago)

God, this would be disasterous, not just for ILX, but for all my IRL relations ever. One of the most important things in communication is learning to filter the internal thought process. In getting along with people, what you *don't* say is almost more important than what you do say.

HRH Queen Kate (kate), Monday, 15 December 2003 09:49 (twenty-one years ago)

(My worst hissy fits on ILX are invariably when I'm tired or stressed, and my "oh no, quiet part loud" filters are not working.)

HRH Queen Kate (kate), Monday, 15 December 2003 09:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Does this mean that ILX will include hourly cliffhangers?

Shit! A bo-

*BOOM*
