Now, I know there have been Vancouver BC postings here, mostly by lurkers. And there's a 50/50 chance that those peoples' family live in Victoria. So, I'm giving this thread a candle of hope.
(Sadly, I feel I will be unloved FAPwise. But at least I will be stuffed with gargantuan amounts of vegan food and imported British candy)

Maybe there's a show on at Logan's Bar? It's a nice little dive-y place but if you eat there, don't try the burrito!

The morning as I boarded the Victoria Clipper, a high speed boat that travels from downtown Seattle to downtown Victoria. It was 97% cloudy but oddly enough, Mt. Rainier is fully visible. Very Spooky.http://www.kuci.org/~brianm/ile/vicxmas2003/images/vicxmas2003_047.jpg

GREAT shot of Space Needle, downtown, and Mt. Rainier looking back on the way out to seahttp://www.kuci.org/~brianm/ile/vicxmas2003/images/vicxmas2003_039.jpg
Further away, it's eerie how Mt. Rainier stays the same size but downtown Seattle shrinkshttp://www.kuci.org/~brianm/ile/vicxmas2003/images/vicxmas2003_036.jpg
