How exactly is that done on the air?

Ned Raggett (Ned), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 04:28 (twenty-one years ago)

The contest was to dress one of the show hosts up in goofy costumes for concert tickets. This was the winning costume. I listened to this whole thing live on air but had no idea exactly how WRONG the pictures actually were.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 04:29 (twenty-one years ago)

Are Opie and Anthony still on air up there?

Allyzay, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 04:34 (twenty-one years ago)

Are men's G-strings supposed to be baggy?

Kim (Kim), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 04:36 (twenty-one years ago)

I wouldn't know about O&A; our bathroom radio only gets one station.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 04:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Opie and Anthony are like the greatest thing ever; their "Hispanic Baseball" song was enough to send me into spasms for WEEKS. I still get a tear in my eye.

Allyzay, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 04:40 (twenty-one years ago)

If I could get them in my bathroom, I would listen to them over the Matty In The Morning crew.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 05:06 (twenty-one years ago)

(Watch me NOT use my moderator powers to fix the horrific wording of my previous post! Yikes.)

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 05:06 (twenty-one years ago)

>>Are Opie and Anthony still on air up there? <<

They were either fired or got the release they asked for from WAAF, went down to NYC, got massive hype, national syndication, then got fired after a stunt promoting public sex backfired viciously on 'em. They'll get a job again eventually. They're too popular to stay off air forever.

No, I know they got fired in NYC for the sex in St. Patrick's thing. It was the worst day of my life.

Allyzay, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 14:11 (twenty-one years ago)

BUMP

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:28 (twenty-one years ago)

What was that Deion Sanders song? Bump n' a Pump or something like that? Did I make that up?

Allyzay, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:29 (twenty-one years ago)

"Pumps and a Bump" was Hammer's GANGSTA song!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:30 (twenty-one years ago)

What was the Deion Sanders song??

Allyzay, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:31 (twenty-one years ago)

I have no idea, but I must find out now.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:31 (twenty-one years ago)

"I Touch Myself"?

NA (Nick A.), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:32 (twenty-one years ago)

No, wait, that was the Divinyls. Sorry.

NA (Nick A.), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:32 (twenty-one years ago)

You'll be happy to know I've never done this sort of thing.

teeny (teeny), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 15:42 (twenty-one years ago)

kephm, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 18:49 (twenty-one years ago)

If Vice magazine didn't exist, I'd probably start a thread called "I Hate This Generation" pertaining to shock jocks.

nate detritus (natedetritus), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 18:53 (twenty-one years ago)

yeah shock jocks are so late 80's it hurts

kephm, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 19:41 (twenty-one years ago)

If ILX didn't exist, I'd take out an ad in all the newspapers ever with the slogan "I Hate This Nate Patrin" pertaining to Nate Patrin.

Allyzay, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 20:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Fuck you.

nate detritus (natedetritus), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 20:55 (twenty-one years ago)
