Do you feel you are at odds with yourself much?

I often have a sense of this, possibly due to accentuating my own personality traits, I'm not sure.

For example I am extremely lazy and unmotivated, but also a major worrier, so there's this push pull thing happening alot. But then as a flipside to my laziness again I am really driven about career and music and things.


Similarly, I am half grumpy and short tempered, and half cartoon jokey and childish/giggly. Apparently I look like a teddy bear, copyright N.

Do you have conflicts like this? I think this is why I posted so much on the guilt thread. What do you think are the effects? Stress?
