I think there was a just a ruling that might prevent those lawsuits from going through. Also, a Dutch court ruled Kazaa is not illeagal.

That's a really funny site (the first one)--the girl they got to make all the faces is priceless!!

the site it's from, though, http://www.downhillbattle.org , kinda ticks me off, surprise surprise, since they attack radio. There's a lot of shitheads out there, I know, and it just frustrates me that I get tarred with that brush. I just don't think the industry's shittiness gives anyone the right to make false statements that aren't backed up elsewhere on their site (pls correct me if I'm wrong, but I looked pretty hard) like "This record label pays radio stations to keep independent music off the air." That's just oversimplifying an argument into uselessness.
