What to do? I have completed the first missions and started buying properties in the city. I own Malibu, Carsaloon, The Port, The (Porn) Studio, Kauffman-Taxi, The Moneyforgeing Print and have finished all of the given missions. I also own The Pit Stop stripclub, but there are no missions to complete there, I can only use it to save.
I searched the city, but am unable to find properties that offer missions, only the ones that enable me to save my position (bought them).

What to do, where to do it? Help me please. Thanks.

P.S. I may have misspelled some of the names, that is because I have the russian version of the game.

Properties/people with missions for you will appear on the edge of the radar even when they're not in range.

There's an absolute ton of hidden stuff to do in the game, Rampages, unique jumps, stadium events, dirt track course, test track course, pcj race, sparrow chopper missions, cone crazy mission, top fun van missions, vigilante missions, paramedic missions, taxi missions, fire truck missions, shooting range game, and not to forget the hidden packages, although I am bound to have missed something in all that.

The missions come in different guises. and in the Pit Stop club you have to go through to the back room to watch a lapdance in order to make money off the property.

What about the Haitian or Cuban missions? Those are great. They should open once you finish all the missions on the first island.
