I'll be in town one more day and want to go to Urbus tomorrow. Is it worth taking the time or should I pursue other diversions?

I was there, last year. some kids had put washing up liquid in the fountain/stream thing, around about. it was quite cold.

its by urbis. and the relocated shambles. its good!

vinyl exchange was a real disappointment this time. couldnt find anything interesting. and all the 70s records had these stickers on, which said "sick beats". what? the divine miss m, by bette middler, said "sick beats" on it. sick beats? i cant imagine a self respecting mancunian saying such a thing. english people shouldn't say sick, or ill. it would be ok if they said "elegant beats" or "elizabethan beats". perhaps "mock-tudor breaks" would have been an accurate name for suburban base.

actually, no, i dont like the word beats. breaks isnt much better. they should put a sticker on saying "good record". in fact, what would be better would be if they put a sticker on that said the price

in cafe pop, they didnt put stickers that said sick clothes. perhaps i would have liked that better

night and day cafe is still nice

i am aware that i shouldnt be irritated by stickers in record stores.
