Which comedy sidekick was the best, The Gronk with his poor heartses or Grobbendonk and his tendency to look cute and not really do very much?

Gronk -- he was as "cool as der cucumber" IIRC

Oh come on, it has to be the Gronk: he may only have had one story trick but it was one more than Grobbendonk had. Though after Grobbendonk got killed I seem to recall Nemesis getting rubbish so he obviously had a positive effect.

Grobbendonk. He spoke Gibberish (a Fringe World dialect).

If I am not mistaken Grobbendonk is a city in Belgium. Don't know you guys are talking about though.

Come on guys, it has to be Grobbendonk, even if he does share his name with some dumb Flemish town. All the Gronk ever did was look scared and die all the time. And he wasn't even unique, there was a whole planet of his ilk and they all looked identical. I did like the idea of having a mouth where my stomach is though, it would save so much time. The Gronk was nothing more than an incredibly irritating fly in an otherwise flawless ointment.

On the other hand, Grobbendonk had genuine charisma. In spite of basically resembling little more than a talking slug, his sense of courage and indomitable spirit far outweighed his diminutive stature.

And don't forget how he saved Nemesis' life - when Nemesis went to see his uncle, it was Grobbendonk who tipped him off about the poisoning attempt. Without Grobbendonk there would have been no Nemesis to spearhead the resistance, and the Termight Empire would hold sway wholly unopposed.

Okay?
