I used to think gluttony was the least appreciated of the seven deadly sins, but now I now I think it is sloth. I wonder if this is because it would be hardest to present in an entertaining visual way being necessarily inactive unlike the others. Is it suffering from poor advertising? would it be better replaced with a different sin for the new millenium? terrorism perhaps?

what the hell am i saying? upon mature consideration i dont think sloth is a sin at all. I discussed it with a friedn and he suggested Stupidity, incompetence, patriotism. well, two out of three ain't bad.

one year passes...
Having given the question eighteen months consideration I realised I couldn't be bothered thinking about it.

Though I've now utterly defeated the object myself.

Oh well.

Matt (Matt), Monday, 21 April 2003 11:12 (twenty-two years ago)

Never mind eh? It's not as if it matters.

*stretches and yawns*

Hmm, perhaps unanswered threads are unanswered for a reason.

Apart from such gems as "Aloha via Satellite" and "It's a Cosby sweater!", why those didn't take off is beyond me.

Matt (Matt), Monday, 21 April 2003 11:16 (twenty-two years ago)

Probably something to do with apathy.

Matt (Matt), Monday, 21 April 2003 11:17 (twenty-two years ago)

And so the circle closes.

Matt (Matt), Monday, 21 April 2003 11:17 (twenty-two years ago)

there's an unanswered thread about yinka dare... this huge nigerian [?] guy who played college basketball at george washington.

There's also the frankly bewildering tsnackajack konspiracy, I like the unanswered questions, they're like the derelicts of ILE. Or possibly the folk tales which have been lost.
