Since of course it's more likely we're all underrated genius vagrants that don't need anything but coupons and cunning to party as we're so handy with the ramen socialism and "cheap shows", this is the sister thread to the BIG one.

How small have you done it and still had an epic time?

I met these old hockey buddies by chance at the Peanut Butter Wolf concert and they altogether spent at least a bill on me, nearly getting violent when I protested their generosity. It was great fun, and they even gave me a ride home.

How small have you done it and still had an epic time?

(thinking) During college, I was expert at blagging into shows. (Gotta love volunteering for charities, don't ya?) For schmoozing with the punters, teaching them about AIDS/disease in the process, I got into NYC concerts for sod all. Drinks that cost $4.50-6/plastic cup? L'Eau is the way to go. (Read: free!) Had many amazing times with mates, that way.
