Mark S sez Ian Penman once wrote something about it, but I can't find it online anywhere, after extensive googling. Anyone got a link or a copy of it?

If not is there anything good written about Corrie elsewhere on or offline?

This is not good writing, but it looks like good writing. I saw this in a bookshop and I thought it was the Norton Shakespeare from two metres away. An epic novel based on four decades of programmes? Unbeatable guff.
