I love ice cream and gelato but I'm kinda picky -- ice cream should NOT have nuts in it (eww, cold nuts!), nor should it contain marshmallows. I don't even like fudge-striped ice cream either -- CHUNKS of chocolate, CHUNKS dammit! Also, the denser the better -- make me forget that it's cream and make it so I pretty much have to chew it. Do the Brits have Neapolitan ice cream? It's a crime against God.
