I did a dumb thing.

OK I just went downstairs to check on my laundry (I'm at my folks' place) and I notice that the dryer door is open. this is weird because I just loaded it with my light-coloured stuff half an hour ago. I approach and notice there's like three items in there and they're wet! what?! I check the washing machine and lo and behold I had taken maybe one handful of light-coloured stuff over to the dryer, completely forgotten about what I was doing, added my colours to the washing machine and set it to go with nearly a full load of already-clean light stuff in there already! and then wandered out of the room! it's the nicorette i tells ya

He needs to use some bleach (not too much, though. I really like the scented stuff. Actually I like the smell of bleach in my whites as it makes me think they're really clean) of the whites and it may take some time to get them right again. The sweater may need to be shaved with one of those clothes shavers (I'll bet your mom has one, s1ocki). I have some that do but I can't be bothered. GOOD LUCK!!!

Try washing them again and again.

Marge, I can't wear a pink shirt to work. Everybody wears white shirts. I'm not popular enough to be different!

fifteen years pass...

Just ordered a baseball book online (one I used to have that was ruined by water damage because of another dumb thing I did 10 years ago) that came to $22 after shipping and exchange. After placing the order, I realized I was buying from a well-known store in the east end of Toronto.

Give 'em a ring! It's probably just one guy out the back doing all the mail order anyway, they might give you a shipping refund if you can pick up in person (I assume you're in Toronto).

Zeuhl Idol (Matt #2), Monday, 8 July 2019 14:59 (six years ago)

I was just thinking of doing that, thanks. (Yeah--west end, 40 minute drive to the east end.)
