Do you grope? Do you get groped? Do you like it? I do.

Le Coq, Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:14 (twenty-two years ago)

That was a touch unclear. I like to grope and get groped both.

Le Coq, Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:16 (twenty-two years ago)

are you a priest?

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:16 (twenty-two years ago)

No, but I like groping.

Le Coq, Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:18 (twenty-two years ago)

Unsolicited grabbing of naughty or even slighty sensitive bits? Or even any bits? Dudder than Dudley Moore. A person's haptic space is their castle, man.

I could do with a good unsolicited groping tonight.

ipsofacto (ipsofacto), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:18 (twenty-two years ago)

i'm sure le coq would be happy to assist

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:20 (twenty-two years ago)

That's the surface noise's woman, and I'm no homewrecker! You can't grope everyone. For example, I can't grope most of my male friends, so I have to settle for all types of gregarious head touching, the most common being the simple "palm friend's head like basketball".

Le Coq, Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:34 (twenty-two years ago)

"the surface noise's woman"

Funniest thing i've read today.

ipsofacto (ipsofacto), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:36 (twenty-two years ago)

the surface noise (electricsound), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:42 (twenty-two years ago)

it just sounds funny, i've no beef with the actual meaning of the words.

ipsofacto (ipsofacto), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:43 (twenty-two years ago)

mmm beef

the surface noise (electricsound), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:44 (twenty-two years ago)

mmmm....tube steak

ipsofacto (ipsofacto), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:47 (twenty-two years ago)

all this talk of le coq and tube steak is making me hungry...

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:52 (twenty-two years ago)

ipsofacto (ipsofacto), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 11:52 (twenty-two years ago)

ken c (ken c), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 12:04 (twenty-two years ago)

teehee. Me too!

ipsofacto (ipsofacto), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 12:07 (twenty-two years ago)

I used to have a couple of friends that were gropers, which wierded me out a little at first as I grew up in a household that was pretty cold and devoid of human contact due to my parents not really wanting to be married to each other. These guys would always be grabbing your arm, massaging your shoulders, etc. After a while I got used to it, and realized I was probably a little too standoffish myself, which I have tried to change somewhat.

webcrack (music=crack), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 19:43 (twenty-two years ago)

I prefer to be physically affectionate with friends, but a lot of people I know are kind of awkward about it, so a lot of the time it's dependent on the person.

JuliaA (j_bdules), Wednesday, 4 February 2004 19:58 (twenty-two years ago)

What exactly is groping? I'm getting from the context that it's any kind of uninvited touching, but I'm thinking there are specific types of touching which are groping and other types which are just touching.

i.e. I don't particularly care for folks who massage your shoulders univited and without being particularly close to you emotionally, but I've never referred to that kind of touching as "groping."
