RIDER:

As set forth in the preceding agreement, the Promoter guarantees the following items in the rider. This rider forms an integral part of this contract and must be strictly adhered to. Contracts returned with the rider unattached or unsigned will be considered void. Amendments or deletions may be made only with written permission of the Artist.

TRANSPORTATION:
The Promoter will provide airfare and transportation to/from the airport, lodging and venue.

EQUIPMENT:
The Promoter will ensure that the Artist is provided with a Pioneer DJM-500 or 600 mixer, a pitch-adjustable CD player, a table, quarter inch or XLR lines from the Pioneer to the house, and a suitable monitor.

CATERING/HOTEL:
The Promoter will provide appropriate lodging and a warm meal (dinner) for Artist on the evening of the performance or a per diem allowance if suitable restaurants are near the venue.

PERFORMANCE MISCELLANEOUS/GUESTLIST:
Artist will be granted a guest-list of at least 5 people if he so chooses.
