I can't remember the rules for hitpoints exactly, but it's safe to say that GWB has a lot of them if he has anything near the attributes I arbitrarily assigned him above.
First off, given his low intelligence and wisdom and relatively high physical stats, he's unlikely to be a "finesse class". It's likely he's a barbarian. Let's say he is. That gives him 1d12 hp plus (I think) 2hp for every Con point over 12. That would give him, then, between 11 and 22 hp at level one. Now, I really don't remember the rules for gaining hp with levels, but I think for a barbarian it's something like either 2d4 or 2d6. So for example if GWB was at
level 8, he would have between 26 and 68 hit points. But a lot of this is shot-in-the-dark type stuff from half-remembered rules. Still, I'd wager that Bush's hit points are well above average.

I knew I got something wrong! I've been playing Neverwinter Nights and Knights of the Old Republic, so I have no excuse for not knowing 3rd. edition rules. It's just that it's so easy on the computer to not pay attention to exactly how many hp you're gaining per level and stuff.

Anyone care to help me out? :)
